Most grant problems aren’t writing problems. They’re strategy problems.
People think they’re booking a session to “get help writing their grant.”
But more often than not, we’re reverse engineering. If I’d been involved earlier, we could’ve tackled the real issues first:
Is this grant even worth applying for — or could it be funded another way?
How do we shape this project into something fundable?
Is this the right funder, or are we bending too far to fit?
That’s what the Grant Ready Sprint is for.
We zoom out and ask the hard questions first:
→ Does the project actually make sense?
→ Is the story strong enough to compete?
→ Are we speaking to what the funder really cares about?
Because I’ve seen too many projects fail — even with a solid draft — because the core wasn’t right. The need wasn’t evidenced. The scope wasn’t clear. The funder wasn’t the right fit.
That’s why I built these sessions.
Not to offer generic advice or surface-level edits, but to give people a way out of the overwhelm and into clarity before they burn out on a draft that won’t land.
In 90 minutes, you’ll walk away with:
Strategic advice on how to shape and pitch your idea
Honest, experienced feedback on gaps or weaknesses
Clarity on whether the grant is a good fit for your project
A summary of next steps and recommendations
It’s $550 AUD + GST, and you’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a realistic path forward.
